His dedication to its clients is well beyond what a customer would expect. For instance, each time I came to Infiniti for service, he was always there to open the door himself to welcome me! Each time I brought him an issue that annoyed me, he was always compassionate and always looked for a solution instead of trying to find excuses in order to avoid the problem.
