Q. Who qualified under the Ottawa Police and Fire Pricing Program?
A. All active members of the Ottawa Police Force and Ottawa Fires Services, retired members currently collecting a pension, and their respective spouses. You must reside in Canada.
Q. Are there maximums for how many cars I can buy in a year?
A. Yes, Purchases under this plan are limited to 2 per calendar year.
Q. I want to know how much the car I want will cost. How can I get a price quote?
A. Pricing can be obtained only through our dealership. When you present your valid Ottawa Police (OPS) or Ottawa Fire (OFS) ID, you are entitled to see the invoice pricing of the vehicle you are intending to buy and we will provide you a detailed quote.
Q. Can the value of my trade-in be used to further reduce my purchase price?
A. Yes. The value of a trade-in can be used to reduce the before tax amount of your overall purchase. Your trade-in will be handled as a transaction separate from the price calculation.
Q. How do I finance a vehicle if I purchase or lease through this program?
A. You can work with our dealership to obtain financing through Nissan Canada Finance (NCF), Infiniti Financial Services (IFS) or you can obtain financing on your own through a bank or credit union. If you choose to finance through the dealership, normal credit standards apply.
Q. Can I take advantage of other offer such as 0% financing on this program?
A. Yes. All additional interest rate incentives are available and can be combined with this program. We will be happy to provide all options available including lease, finance and cash purchases.
